We are excited to announce the official release of two new FPGA product lines, now entering volume production.
SALELF® 5th Generation (EF5 Series)

Built on 55nm low-power process technology, the EF5 series covers density from 2.5K to 15K LUTs. Designed for scenarios such as server hot-swap and industrial online maintenance, the EF5 features a unique StateHold function that maintains I/O states during logic upgrades.
Key Highlights:
· Hardened I3C controller
· Dual 12-bit ADCs
· Hot-swap support
· SEU-safe design
· Full toolchain support with TangDynasty EDA, which has achieved both ISO 26262 ASIL D and IEC 61508 SIL 4 certifications.
For performance-driven mid-to-high-end systems: SALPHOENIX® 1P

The new PH1P50 and PH1P100 are built on three pillars: our own FPGA fabric, our in-house EDA suite, and a supply chain designed for long-term stability and continuity.
We’ve also listened closely to the market. That’s why we integrated a RISC-V MCU hard core (300MHz) , dual MIPI D-PHY, and an on-die TVS monitoring module for temperature and voltage—features that reduce BOM complexity and speed up system integration.
Performance Upgrades:
ü 12.5Gbps SERDES, delivering 89% bandwidth improvement
ü Supports PCIe Gen3 x4 and DDR4/LPDDR4
ü 18%–27% LUT resource increase over previous generations
And for automotive customers: the MEG324A package has passed AEC-Q100 Grade 2 and is already in volume production with multiple OEMs.
